Ordering blank card packs
To order online just add to basket and follow the instructions offered by Paypal. Otherwise you can order by phone on 01323 845300 or 07858 355400.

Delivery Postage and Packing is now completely free on all orders. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Parcel service and will require a signature. Should you require Special Delivery by Royal Mail please contact us. Ivory Design cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Appointments
If you would like us to help you design and make your stationery email clare@ivory-design.co.uk or phone 01323 845300 or 07858 355400 and we will call you back to arrange an appointment with Clare who will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Samples
Samples of bespoke stationery are charged at £5 for 3 designs including p&p, allow 7 days for samples to be delivered.
Proofs
One set of proofs will be provided for each item ordered. It is the client's sole responsibility to check all wording and details are correct. Ivory Design cannot be held responsible for mistakes once signed proofs have been returned. Any text which needs to be altered after proofs have been approved will incur extra charges.
Pricing
Our prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling. We do not charge VAT as we are not a VAT registered company.
Payment for bespoke stationery
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order. Final payment including postage and packing is due upon completion of the order, no less than 4 weeks before delivery.
Payment will be accepted by Cheque (made payable to Ivory Design Ltd) or by Debit/Credit Card Payment (via PayPal). Bank Transfer's for the UK and Overseas can also be arranged.
By sending a payment you are agreeing to Ivory Design Ltd Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations
Any orders cancelled following receipt of signed proofs and commencement of work will have to be charged in full.
Errors and omissions
While every effort is made to check each order before dispatch, mistakes do occur. Please check your order carefully and notify us within 7 days of receipt of any errors so they can be rectified quickly.
Colours and Descriptions
We try to ensure our photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible sizes and colours are indicative only and not guaranteed. Please use our swatch and sample services to check colours, textures and sizes. Handmade products may incur slight variations from product to product; this is not deemed a fault. Ivory Design reserves the right to substitute a design element with a suitable alternative should an item used in a design become unavailable or discontinued.

Designs displayed on the web site must not be copied or reproduced in any way without prior agreement. It is the client's responsibility to get permission to use hymns and wording to be printed in the Order of Service.
